The prices are per person and day including energy consumption and taxes.
The booking will be considered final when we receive the deposit of 200 Euro per apartment, within 5 days from the oral and written confirmation.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
In case of either delayed or failed arrival or anticipated departure we will charge the total agreed amount of the stay.
The apartments are available from 02:00 pm on the day of arrival until 09:00 am on the day of departure.
We ask you to settle the bill the day before departure by cash or bank check.
No animals.
For any damage to the apartment or structure and in case of loss of keys, the responsibility lies with the guest, who must provide compensation.
In our apartments are not allowed visits by customers who do not stay at Ciasa La Nuit Apartments.
